Basic Proposal [1-2 weeks]

• • Draft a rough budget estimate for the scope of the project
  • *If the client wishes to be scheduled before the Formal Proposal is drafted to avoid future delays a small non-refundable deposit is required*

 

Formal Proposal [2-6+ weeks]

• • We speak with the client again to go over specific details and designs of the project
  • Client selects all finish materials and specifications desired
  • Details are finalized and agreed upon
  • Contract is signed and material deposit is collected

Scheduling

[Signed Formal Proposal Contract Agreement]

• • Materials are ordered
  • Start date selected

 

Build [1-8 weeks]

• • Project undergoes construction
  • All debris and leftover materials are cleaned up and removed from the project site upon completion
  • Any design, material, or structural changes before, during, or after the build require a change order to be signed and paid for upfront
