Common practice for clients is to get three estimates for every job they want done. While this is a very smart practice, there are many other things to consider besides the cost of the job. Most look at experience, past client testimonials, and availability. While those are important, one of the overlooked components is having a good rapport with your contractor. Your contractor will be taking over a major part of your home for a longer period of time than most people care for. So good communication and mutual respect go a long way to lessening the stress on both sides during a construction project. While no one likes unexpected problems, they do come up in the construction process. We love to brainstorm all of the variables with our clients to assure them their vision for the project is respected whilst still providing experience and insight along the way.

One of the best benefits to our clients is our full service approach to jobs. Unless otherwise specified by the client, we incorporate all stages of your project into our estimate. We won’t leave a job half done. When we are hired to install baseboard/trim, we estimate to install, putty the holes, caulk, and paint. When we do electrical work that requires holes to be cut in your drywall, we estimate to repair and paint those holes. We want to ensure your project turns out functionally and beautifully. Anything we personally cannot provide quality work on, we estimate for someone in our team of business partners and experts to tackle.
